Talent Web is embarking on a significant growth phase, expanding our funds management business and seeking a Part-Time In-House Lawyer to support our property team.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Oversee and advise on legal aspects of property transactions, including acquisitions, leases, and disposals.
  • Deliver strategic legal insights on property matters, protecting the company's interests and supporting operational decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with property regulations and proactively manage legal risks associated with property assets.
  • Address property-related disputes, coordinating with internal teams and, when necessary, external counsel.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure smooth transaction processes.

Requirements:



  • Demonstrated expertise in property law, ideally within corporate or real estate sectors.
  • Comprehensive understanding of property law, including leasing, acquisition processes, and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills with attention to detail in document drafting and review.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with senior leadership in a dynamic environment, with a flexible approach to part-time hours.
