We are seeking a seasoned Engineering Manager to spearhead our water and wastewater projects. This role requires exceptional leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to drive results.

  • The successful candidate will lead and manage engineering aspects of key water and wastewater infrastructure projects, from design through to construction.
  • They will be responsible for driving the development of systems, processes, and governance frameworks to ensure high-quality project delivery.
  • A strong background in mechanical engineering is highly desirable, with hands-on experience in contractor-side delivery also preferred.
  • The ideal candidate will have a passion for building and improving systems, processes, and governance frameworks to drive project success.
Key Responsibilities

  • Project Leadership: Lead and oversee engineering management for water and wastewater projects, ensuring timely completion and within budget.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical leadership and guidance across design and construction phases, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor engineering teams, ensuring they have the necessary resources, skills, and training to deliver on project objectives.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks related to engineering and construction and implement mitigation strategies to minimise impact on project delivery.
