Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Water Treatment Process Engineer to join our dynamic team in Sydney.

As a key member of our wastewater and water treatment technical teams, you will be responsible for process reviews, investigations, and designs of wastewater and/or water treatment plants.

You will also collaborate with multidiscipline teams to secure, manage, and deliver projects while maintaining trusted long-term relationships with clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong chemical and/or environmental engineering background in the municipal water/wastewater industry and experience undertaking and leading investigations, options assessments, and design of municipal treatment plants.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or closely related engineering discipline.
  • Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) status or working towards being chartered.
  • Strong knowledge of water/wastewater industry standards and best practices.
  • Experience in an operational water or wastewater treatment environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and through written reports and presentations.
  • Willingness to mentor and develop junior colleagues.
