
Inventory Manager

Overview
Based in Yatala, Queensland, the Inventory Manager will report into the Operations Manager.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement inventory control procedures to ensure high accuracy levels.
Conduct regular cycle counts and full stocktakes to reconcile inventory discrepancies.
Ensure proper tracking and documentation of stock movements, including inbound, outbound, and storage.
Minimize stock write-offs, losses, and damages through best practices in inventory management.
Utilize SAP the warehouse management system (WMS) to track inventory levels and generate reports.
Identify inefficiencies in inventory management and implement process improvements.
Work closely with warehouse and transport teams to optimize space utilization and stock rotation.
What You Will Bring
Previous experience in inventory management
Strong understanding of WMS and inventory tracking systems
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret inventory data
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations related to warehousing and logistics
