We are seeking a highly motivated, well-presented professional for a Restaurant Manager role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and monitor staff performance standards and responsibilities.
  • Estimate food and beverage costs.
  • Manage restaurant revenues and profit margins.
  • Coordinate with front and back of house teams to maintain high standards.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on advertising, promotions, and events.
  • Promote and coordinate catering services and private event bookings.
  • Conduct staff performance evaluations.
  • Manage expenses and oversee supply arrangements.

A knowledge of craft beer is an advantage. The successful candidate will demonstrate self-motivation, responsibility, and excellent service skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential. RSA & RCG qualifications are required. Legal rights to work in Australia are necessary.
