Key Responsibilities- Process payroll weekly and fortnightly, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Assist employees with any payroll-related inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate closely with our HR and finance teams to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Generate payroll reports and resolve any discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay updated on the latest payroll practices and trends to ensure our organization remains compliant and competitive.
- Demonstrated experience as a Payroll Officer or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of payroll processes and regulations.
- Proficient in utilizing payroll software and MS Excel, with a strong numerical aptitude and ability to analyze data.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with our HR and finance teams.
$75,000 - $80,000 + super, with a flexible work arrangement that includes finishing at 1pm every other Friday.
