Job Description

This leadership position oversees the Rosies Youth Engagement Program and guides Rosies' involvement in the Gold Coast Safer Schoolies Initiative. You will also foster strong community partnerships and engage authentically and respectfully with people from all walks of life.

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to engage volunteers, enhance outreach services and build strong community relationships.
  • Provide leadership, guidance and hands-on support to volunteer Branch Coordinators and the Outreach and Volunteer Coordinator, ensuring they are equipped, connected and empowered to deliver safe, high-quality outreach across all locations.
  • Manage the full volunteer lifecycle, including recruitment, training, retention and recognition.

Key qualifications include:

  • Leadership experience in community services, health, volunteer management or related areas.
  • Demonstrated success in engaging, training and retaining volunteers.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to balance strategic priorities and operational delivery.
