Enabling Lives as a Disability Support Professional

We provide supportive living environments that empower individuals to live independently and choose their lifestyle.
This role involves working in a variety of settings, including participants' homes or purpose-built accommodations. Your key responsibilities may include:
- Providing personal care and support to clients
- Assisting with daily routines and community access
- Implementing behaviour support plans and using de-escalation techniques
- Collaborating with clinicians, case workers, and families
To succeed in this position, you will require:
- Minimum 6–12 months' experience in disability, aged care, home care, mental health or related fields
- Bachelor's Degree/Certificate III/IV/Diploma in Disability, Individual Support, Aged Care, or similar (preferred)
- Strong communication, emotional intelligence, and boundary setting skills
- Experience with high-intensity or complex behaviours (advantageous but not required for all roles)
- NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid, Driver's Licence, and insured vehicle
