The Role

We are seeking an experienced B2B marketer to lead our partnerships marketing strategy, drive business growth, and mentor a high-performing marketing team. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing programs, building strategic relationships with industry partners, and delivering sales enablement initiatives that fuel our expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy aligned with sales and business objectives
  • Growing and mentoring a marketing team, building capabilities as the business scales
  • Planning, executing, and optimising high-impact B2B marketing programs, tracking performance and ROI
  • Developing sales enablement programs and creating marketing collateral to support the sales team and industry partners
  • Managing and executing events (both digital and in-person) to strengthen industry relationships and boost engagement
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in financial services, fintech, or a related industry
  • A proven track record of leading marketing programs that drive growth and engagement
  • Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives
  • Experience with marketing CRM tools and performance tracking to measure success
  • Excellent copywriting and content creation skills, with an ability to craft compelling partner communications
  • Strong stakeholder management experience, working across internal teams and external partners
