Job Overview

As a Programming Director, you will be responsible for planning and executing agreed content strategies across our channels and platforms in Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities
The Programming Director will report to the Content & Editorial Programming Manager and be responsible for planning and executing agreed programming strategies that drive viewer engagement. Key responsibilities include developing, maintaining, and communicating program forward plans, creating and communicating monthly schedules, and providing schedule direction and guidance to the Content Coordinators.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need 5+ years of experience in a similar Programming role with knowledge of content scheduling and strategy. You should have a strong understanding of local TV markets and competitors, as well as global industry trends. Excellent editorial judgement and an understanding of audiences are also essential.
