In this Regional Marketing Manager role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy for a defined cluster of hotels and retreats within the Salter Brothers Hospitality portfolio in the Hunter Valley and Barossa Valley.

You will collaborate closely with the Director of Marketing Performance and the central services marketing team to enhance brand awareness, consideration, and revenue for the regional portfolio.

Essential Criteria:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a Marketing Executive or Manager role directly from within the Hotel industry.
  • A tertiary Marketing degree is essential.
  • Experience in managing multiple Hotels/Retreats in a portfolio or cluster is highly desirable.
