About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Field Service Engineer to join our team at Stryker. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and service to our customers across Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide technical support to Stryker customers onsite, completing reactive repairs and preventative maintenance to Stryker installed equipment.
  2. Support the business to ensure the highest standard and quality of service is provided to our customers.
  3. Deliver an exceptional customer experience and increase brand awareness through the development of strong, communicative relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  4. Work closely with our Senior Field Service Engineer to ensure KPIs, goals and objectives are met.
Requirements
  1. Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for customer service.
  2. Demonstrated ability to operate small hand tools, soldering, power tools and test/inspect equipment.
  3. Proven mechanical/electrical and problem solving skills.
  4. Ability to problem solve, troubleshoot and repair complex installations.
  5. A positive and enthusiastic team attitude.
  6. Own vehicle and drivers license.
  7. Electrical license and tagging & testing experience (desirable).
