Available Roles:

Assistant Director – The Woods
Play a key leadership role in the overall success and smooth operation of our service. This is your opportunity to work closely with a supportive Centre Director and guide a dedicated team in delivering high-quality care and education.
What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead by example, supporting and empowering educators on the floor
• Oversee day-to-day operations, rosters, and compliance tasks
• Contribute to Quality Improvement Plans and NQF compliance
• Provide input on centre strategy, staffing, and parent engagement
• Collaborate with the leadership team to maintain a positive and professional culture
• Step into the Centre Director role when required

What You'll Bring:

• Diploma or higher in Early Childhood Education
• Proven experience in a leadership, 2IC, or Senior Educator role
• Exceptional communication, organisational, and mentoring skills
• Strong understanding of the EYLF, QKLG, and NQS
• Ability to build strong, respectful relationships with families, staff, and children

What You'll Need:

• Diploma or bachelor of Early Childhood Education or actively working towards one
• Current QLD Blue Card
• Passion for early learning and child development
