About You

You are a recent school leaver looking to kick-start a career in the mining industry. You are curious, motivated, and eager to learn through real, hands-on experience. Whether you are interested in geology, engineering, surveying, or simply want to understand how a mine operates day-to-day, you are ready to get involved and give it your best.

  • Local to the Upper Hunter Valley Region.
  • Commit to a Monday to Friday work roster.
  • Hold a current driver's license.
  • Have a genuine interest in mining, science, or engineering.
  • Be willing to work outdoors and get involved in physical and technical tasks.
  • Have a strong work ethic and positive attitude toward learning.
  • Have good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
