Coal Mine Operator Position

About the Role:

We are seeking skilled coal mine operators to join our team, delivering specialized project services across various mine sites and regions in New South Wales.

This role offers a diverse range of projects, opportunities for skill development, and exposure to different mine environments throughout NSW's Hunter, Western, and Illawarra regions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Bulkhead seal installation and maintenance
  • Strata consolidation and remediation works
  • Ventilation system installation and support
  • Remediation and sealing projects
  • Emergency sealing system installation

Key Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as a coal miner/operator
  • Chemical application/pumping experience (desired)
  • Generic Underground Induction
  • Current medical certification or willingness to update
  • Current Driver's Licence
  • A commitment to working safely and efficiently in underground coal environments
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel to different project sites
  • A desire for variety, challenge, and exposure to specialized project work
