The Role: Senior Center Manager

Are you a visionary leader seeking to drive excellence in early childhood education?

  • Oversee the daily operations of our Milestones Lake Albert service, ensuring high-quality care and education.
  • Collaborate with Quality Advisors to meet National Quality Standards and promote a culture of child safety.
  • Lead occupancy growth, workforce management, and employee development, including recruitment, training, and retention.
  • Provide guidance and support to nearby Centre Managers, fostering a culture of collaboration and shared expertise.

About You:

  • Demonstrate proven experience as a Centre Manager in early childhood education, with multi-site experience preferred.
  • Possess a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Framework.
  • Showcase exceptional leadership, budgeting, and time management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Hold a valid Working with Children Check, current Driver's Licence, and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.
