Civil Infrastructure Project Manager

We are seeking a Project Leader to join our team and take on the challenge of delivering high-profile infrastructure projects in growth corridors. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the planning, design, and delivery of civil infrastructure projects, including roads, drainage, and bridges.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have tertiary qualifications in Engineering and eligibility for membership with Engineers Australia (or equivalent). Proven experience in civil project management, ideally within local government or similar environments, is also essential. Strong communication and negotiation skills are required to engage with stakeholders and the community.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, design, and delivery of civil infrastructure projects.
- Manage capital works from concept to completion, ensuring quality, budget, and timelines are met.
- Collaborate with internal teams, residents, and external stakeholders to deliver community-focused outcomes.
- Solve complex engineering challenges with creativity and sound judgement.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering and eligibility for membership with Engineers Australia (or equivalent).
- Proven experience in civil project management, ideally within local government or similar environments.
- Strong understanding of construction standards, regulations, and contract administration.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage with stakeholders and the community.
- Able to work independently and make informed decisions with minimal supervision.
