Overview

About the Role

In this key position, you will take ownership of a diverse and unique portfolio spanning commercial, industrial, and retail assets. This is a rare opportunity to work within a well-supported, top-tier agency where client service, property excellence, and proactive asset management are paramount.

Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-end management of a premium portfolio with assets across commercial, industrial, and retail sectors
  • Build strong, professional relationships with tenants and the property owner, ensuring superior levels of customer service and communication
  • Oversee lease administration, budgeting, financial reporting, and maintenance coordination
  • Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements
  • Identify opportunities for value enhancement and operational efficiency across the portfolio
About You
  • Minimum 3–5 years' experience in commercial property management, with exposure to multiple asset classes
  • High attention to detail with a commitment to excellence in service delivery
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience managing premium or complex portfolios is highly desirable
  • Current Real Estate License /Property Registration required
