We are seeking a Technical Compliance Director to lead engineering integrity across global defence and aerospace projects.

Key Responsibilities

This is a strategic leadership role that offers the opportunity to influence technical risk management and drive continuous improvement across multiple sectors and geographies. You will be responsible for planning and scheduling Global Engineering and Technical Governance activities, managing assurance of the Independent Technical Authority Framework and Global Engineering Framework, and leading the development, scheduling, and record-keeping of Training and Governance programmes.

  • Extensive background in engineering management of technical activities
  • Strong understanding of engineering's role across business functions and sectors
  • Knowledge of multiple lifecycle types, including product development and repair/overhaul

You will work closely with our engineering teams to ensure the highest standards of technical integrity across our diverse portfolio of defence, aerospace, and engineering projects.
