We are seeking a skilled Financial Performance Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining best practice systems, processes, and controls to ensure accurate and timely revenue accounting;
  • Analysing data to identify trends and areas for improvement, with a focus on driving efficiencies and improving financial performance;
  • Providing high-quality financial information and analysis to support business decision-making;
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards;
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Accounting or a related field;
  • Professional certification (e.g. CPA/CA) or working towards gaining this qualification;
  • High-level computer literacy, including advanced Excel skills;
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in revenue accounting;
  • Experience in month-end accounting processes;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • An eye for detail and ability to efficiently analyse financial information;
