Finance Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Finance Lead to join our CFO and Strategy Team, partnering with Corporate & Support functions.

This role is ideal for a motivated individual who enjoys partnering with business to drive improved financial performance and gain satisfaction from budgeting, forecasting, driving process improvement, and leading a team.

  • Support Corporate and Support areas by managing relationships with senior leaders and their teams to provide financial analysis, insights, challenge, and influence in order to drive sustainable financial performance of the business and Enterprise.
  • Provide financial oversight and advice to support planning, reporting, and budgeting including multi-year budget and periodic forecasts.
  • Work with the business to optimise investment decisions and capital efficiency.
  • Lead continuous improvement to enhance the quality and effectiveness of finance partnering services provided to key stakeholders.
  • Lead, motivate & coach a small team to ensure a high-performance culture which fosters values, meets performance standards, and engages and develops people capability.

About This Role:

  • A tertiary qualification in a finance-related discipline is mandatory.
  • Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory.
  • Financial literacy, modelling, and analytical skills to provide highly relevant insights into business performance.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills for effective collaboration and stakeholder management.
  • Extensive knowledge of accounting and budgetary processes and procedures, particularly in relation to financial systems and business processes for a large geographically dispersed organisation.
  • Minimum of 5+ years' experience in similar roles leading a team of similar size.
