Job Title: Financial Performance Analyst">

The role provides financial and analytical support to the commercial teams within the organization.

The Financial Performance Analyst works closely with the finance team and other departments to provide enhanced reporting, analysis, and commercial insight.

- Identify performance opportunities through analysis and interpretation and provide clear insights to the leadership.

- Support the delivery of financial and managerial reports to internal and external stakeholders.

- Provide input into business packs and materials to prepare and inform business cases.

- Support the planning and re-forecasting processes for the commercial departments providing adequate rigour and insight.

- Understand financial implications and risks of performance, projects, initiatives, and contracts.

- Create and update relevant financial models to provide commercial insights.

- Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of key objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience in an analytical role
  • Analytical skills; excellent numeric and financial literacy
  • Advanced excel skills and ability to use complex formulas and visualization
  • Good experience and strong capabilities with data manipulation tools
  • Relationship Building & Communications
  • Ability to build effective relationships
  • Ability to work in a matrix environment
  • Ability to communicate data-driven information with clarity
  • Strong presentation skills
