**The Opportunity**

As the Financial & Reporting Analyst, you'll support the team by developing dashboards, financial reports, and data models that inform business decisions. You'll leverage Oracle EPM, Oracle Analytics Cloud Service ( OACS), and Excel to deliver reporting solutions, while also collaborating with stakeholders across Finance and wider business to continuously improve data accuracy and process efficiency.

This role would suit a technically strong analyst with expertise in Business Intelligence tools, who has a passion for turning complex financial data into actionable insights.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Design and develop dashboards and reports using OACS, SmartView, Excel, Power Query, and other BI tools.
- Contribute to the preparation of Board papers, group reporting, and ad hoc analysis.
- Prepare visual presentations of financial data for senior stakeholders
- Perform financial analysis and provide actionable insights
- Manage and improve financial data processes and models
- Ensure data integrity through effective ETL and data governance practices
- Provide functional support for Oracle EPBCS, PCMCS, and related tools
- Collaborate with external vendors on OACS & EPM enhancements and issue resolution
- Stay current with reporting trends and Oracle EPM best practices

**About You**:

- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Analytics or related field
- 3+ years in consulting or in a financial analytics role in a large organisation
- CA/CPA qualified or working towards
- Proficient in planning systems, OACS, or other BI/reporting platforms
- Strong financial modelling skills with the ability to quickly adapt and learn new systems
- Skilled in ETL, data visualisation, and front-end scripting to develop complex reports (e.g., SQL, Python)
- Strong communicator with the ability to simplify complex data for stakeholders
- Experience in systems and reporting implementation is highly desirable
