Job Description

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service. You will ensure compliance with brand guidelines and inspire best practices within the store.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of strong sales achievements within a KPI structure, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.

Requirements
  • Proven track record of strong sales achievements within a KPI structure
  • Excellent problem-solving ability and relationship-building skills
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills
  • Retail management experience in high-volume, fast-paced retail environments is desirable
  • Optical experience is highly regarded but not essential as we provide excellent training
