
Fashion Retail Leadership Position

- Model exemplary customer service behavior, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable.
- Support and guide the team to deliver exceptional service and maintain a 'service over task' environment, where the focus is always on the customer.
- Actively acquire, maintain, and share product and brand knowledge for your department, staying up-to-date on the latest trends and developments.
- Collaborate with the management team to drive financial performance within your department, identifying opportunities for growth and implementing strategies to achieve results.
- Work closely with the back-of-house team to ensure seamless product availability and efficient stock management practices.
- Maintain and uphold company standards, driving visual excellence and consistently delivering an engaging in-store experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by example, demonstrating a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and teamwork.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement.
- Provide coaching and feedback to team members, helping them to grow and develop their skills.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, using data to inform decision-making and optimize business outcomes.

- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail or a related industry, with a proven track record of success.
- A passion for creating amazing customer experiences and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers alike.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
