Department Supervisor Opportunity

  • Model exemplary customer service behavior, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable.
  • Support and guide the team to deliver exceptional service and maintain a 'service over task' environment, where the focus is always on the customer.
  • Actively acquire, maintain, and share product and brand knowledge for your department, staying up-to-date on the latest trends and developments.
  • Collaborate with the management team to drive financial performance within your department, identifying opportunities for growth and implementing strategies to achieve results.
  • Work closely with the back-of-house team to ensure seamless product availability and efficient stock management practices.
  • Maintain and uphold company standards, driving visual excellence and consistently delivering an engaging in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example, demonstrating a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and teamwork.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to team members, helping them to grow and develop their skills.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, using data to inform decision-making and optimize business outcomes.

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail or a related industry, with a proven track record of success.
  • A passion for creating amazing customer experiences and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers alike.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
