**About You**:

- Have a minimum of 1 year management experience in Retail
- Experience in managing a team of approximately 4 team members
- Have a passion for customer service, retail sales and fashion
- Be determined to achieve the store budget and understand KPI expectations
- Can identify store opportunities in order to maximise sales
- Have the ability to lead, motivate and inspire a team and support the Store Manager in the succession of your store and team
- Ability to uphold brand standards and stand by our company culture and values
- Be passionate about a healthy, active lifestyle - i.e. Live the lifestyle

**What YOU will be responsible for**:

- Uphold RAG Culture and Values and represent a growing brand and ensure your team are upholding the highest standards
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets and company KPI's
- Driving sales and customer experience and assisting the Store Manager with driving the team and growth of your store
- Building regular customers & promoting our Rockwear brand
- Upholding impeccable store standards, executing VM directive
- Effective stock management across the retail stores through utilising relevant reporting tools, ensuring stock procedures (IBT’s/Faulties/Recalls) are managed correctly
