Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and engaging Casual Retail Assistant to join our team.

You will be involved in the customer's journey from initial consult and pre-testing, to customising High-Fashion frames (from Luxury Brands such as CHANEL, Tiffany & Co. and Gucci) to suit their lifestyle.

Our customers expect high-quality service and exceptional product knowledge. As a Casual Retail Assistant, you will provide an outstanding experience for every customer who walks through our doors.

With your excellent communication skills and passion to help others see the beauty in life, you will build strong relationships with our customers and colleagues alike.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide an exceptional customer experience by assisting with frame selection, ensuring accurate lens measurements and providing after-sales support.
  • Product Customisation: Customise High-Fashion frames to suit individual customer needs and preferences.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and promote a positive store environment.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Retail experience - optical desired but not essential.
  • Strong communication skills and a quick learner.
  • Passion to help others see the beauty in life.
