Assistant Kitchen Manager

Leverage your leadership skills to drive pastry production excellence in a fast-paced kitchen environment. As an Assistant Kitchen Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the leading of BOH operations, ensuring consistency of product quality, efficiency of operations, and maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene, and presentation.

About the Role:
  • Supporting the leading of a section of BOH operations to meet daily and weekly production schedules
  • Overseeing and working as part of a team to maintain product quality, consistency, and presentation
  • Contributing hands-on to pastry production and following recipes and production schedules with precision
  • Training, coaching, and performance-managing team members
  • Maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene, and presentation

  • A seasoned hospitality professional with strong pastry knowledge and proven leadership skills

  • Someone with strong communication and organisational skills who thrives under pressure
