About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Worker to join our team in Nowra. As a Personal Care Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to residents in Aged Care facilities across Australia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and monitor patient health, providing personalized care and support
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary health team to ensure comprehensive care
  • Maintain accurate patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance
  • Provide patient and family education, promoting health and well-being
  • Respond effectively in emergency situations, prioritizing patient safety
Requirements
  • NDIS Clearance (or willing to obtain)
  • 2023 Influenza Vaccine
  • Minimum 6 months experience in Australia
  • Full working rights in Australia
  • Must be currently based in Australia
  • Current drivers license or access to reliable transport
  • Able to travel up to 30 minutes to facilities
