About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Care Worker to join our team at Warrigal Care, providing care to our customers living in our residential home. As a Care Worker, you will support their independence and improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily living assistance, including showering, personal hygiene, and help at meal times.
  • Support customers with community-based recreational and social activities.
  • Ensure their happiness by supporting their emotional wellbeing.

Requirements
  • A Certificate III in Aged Care/Individual Support (or similar).
  • Empathy and dedication to the care of older people with a demonstrated commitment to meeting their needs.
  • Proven substantial experience in delivering high levels of exceptional customer service within the Aged Care industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
