We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to lead our Sydney team in delivering high-quality projects.

About the Role:

As a Construction Site Manager with Renascent Pty Ltd, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and completing projects on time while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a team to achieve project goals
  • Commercial Acumen: Navigate commercial aspects of facilities and manage financial success using our Integrated Management system
  • Blueprint Expertise: Read and understand drawings and documentation, turning plans into reality
  • Risk Management: Identify key opportunities and risks in projects and create winning strategies to optimise and tackle them
  • Communication Skills: Keep stakeholders informed, efficient, and collaborative through strong communication and people skills
  • Safety Standards: Proactively drive better safety standards across all sites, ensuring everyone goes home safe and sound
  • Relationship Building: Establish solid connections with clients, stakeholders, subcontractors, and colleagues, creating a collaborative atmosphere
  • Analytical Skills: Break down complex problems and find best solutions through strong analytical skills
  • Site Management: Apply deep knowledge of site management techniques, including value management, quality assurance, safety, and communication
  • Customer Service: Identify customer needs and deliver outstanding service every time

What We're Looking For:

  • A trade or tertiary education background within the Building & Construction Industry
  • Minimum 2 years' experience managing sites as a Foreman or similar (preferably fitout, refurbishment, or shop fitting)
  • Construction Industry Induction cardholder
  • First Aid Level 2 required – Occupational First Aid Level3 desirable & OH & S Certificate III desirable
  • Emergency response training desirable
  • Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel required. Procore, Aconex, Project Centre and SignOnSite desirable
