About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee the day-to-day build of greenfield sites and KDR's across the Southwest region and M5 corridor.

As part of our construction team based in Southwest Sydney, you will be responsible for managing project performance from commencement to handover, liaising with trades and sub-contractors, and ensuring projects meet contractual arrangements and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage overall project performanceLiaise with trades and sub-contractorsCheck material ordersLead a team of site staff in delivering projectsEnsure project milestones are followed and met on timeUndertake project quality assuranceManage defective workComplete detailed daily site diaries

Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Carpentry (essential)
  • Certificate IV in Building and Construction highly favored
  • Minimum 3 years experience as a Site Supervisor with a Project Home Builder or Developer
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detailed oriented and a strong understanding of the NCC & BCA
  • Current drivers license
