Job Title

A dynamic role for food and beverage professionals seeking a varied opportunity with flexible shifts across weekdays and weekends.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional service to guests in restaurant, cafe, bar, and conference spaces.
  • Prepare and serve beverages, including coffee and alcoholic drinks (if certified).
  • Set up and service food and beverage operations for events and conferences.
  • Ensure areas are clean, well-presented, and compliant with hygiene and safety standards.
  • Accurately handle POS transactions and follow billing procedures.
  • Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, daily specials, and promotions.
  • Collaborate as part of a team and support colleagues across departments.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in food and beverage or hospitality.
  • Experience in conferencing and events is desirable.
  • Current RSA certificate.
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and strong communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work shifts across mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
