Job Title: Technical Document Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Technical Document Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for providing document control and data management support to our program products and services.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide document control and data management support to overall program products and services.
  • Standardise and edit documentation.
  • Coordinate reviews of documentation.
  • Deliver documents to external parties.
  • Interact with document authors to ensure that data is generated according to schedule and requirements.
  • Contribute to the administration of technical reviews and working groups.
  • Progress change items through the review and configuration management process.
  • Assist with coordination of problem identification, registering and disposition.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
