Document Management Expertise
We're seeking an experienced Document Controller to join our team in Adelaide.
As a key member of our SA & VIC Engineering team, you'll work closely with engineers and designers to coordinate documentation, assist with tenders and technical coordination.
You'll develop internal and external relationships, expedite document submissions, and ensure documents meet quality standards. You'll maintain project filing systems and assist with project reporting.
This position is based at our Halifax Street office in Adelaide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate documentation across projects
- Assist with tender preparation and technical coordination
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Expedite document submissions and ensure timely delivery
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project filing systems
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience as a document controller in a project, construction or engineering environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and multitasking abilities
