Senior RF Hardware Developer

We are seeking a Senior RF Engineer to develop new quantum sensor prototypes and products by designing custom microwave/RF electronics and antenna systems.
This role involves working on developing complex hardware prototypes, ensuring technical quality, performance, and reliability.
Key Responsibilities- Develop Custom RF & Microwave Electronics: Design custom RF & microwave electronics for quantum sensor prototypes and eventual productization.
- Design Miniaturized RF Electronics Subsystems: Design miniaturized RF electronics subsystems based on bench-top prototypes.
- Model and Simulate Microwave/RF Signal Transmission: Model and simulate microwave/RF signal transmission to optimize system performance.
- Design, Optimize, and Fabricate Custom Antennas: Design, optimize, and fabricate custom antennas for near-field operation.
- Ruggedize Electronics Systems: Ensure electronics systems are ruggedized for field operation.
- Manage Hardware Prototype Delivery: Manage the delivery of complex hardware prototypes, ensuring technical quality, performance, and reliability.
- A Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Physics, Engineering, or equivalent industry experience.
- Proven experience developing RF/microwave circuit boards.
- R&D experience working with scientists and engineers.
- CAD software/design experience (desirable but not essential).
- Experience modeling microwave transmission using CST Studio or similar (desirable).
- Experience taking designs from prototype to production, including manufacturing and certification for global markets.
