Server Expert Job Opportunity

The role of Server Expert is a crucial position within our organization. It involves working closely with the infrastructure team to support and maintain our Microsoft-based environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and documenting technical procedures, configurations, and processes to ensure seamless operations.
  • Contributing to the development and refinement of best practice standards that align with industry benchmarks.
  • Collaborating with the team to resolve incidents and service requests efficiently.

  • SSO and MFA implementation skills are necessary to ensure secure authentication.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Purview or similar data security platforms is desirable.
  • Strong troubleshooting and support capabilities are essential for success in this role.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset are required to work effectively with the team.
  • Able to work 4 days onsite in North Sydney.
  • Familiarity with a supportive and dynamic team environment is highly valued.
