About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Architecture Director to lead our efforts in the Education and Public Sector verticals. As an expert in crafting strategic solutions, you will engage with clients to understand their business needs and develop innovative architectures that drive value.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Support client managers in developing account plans, opportunity seeding, strategy execution, portfolio ideation, and in-contract innovation strategies.
  2. Collaborate with technical architects to stitch multi-domain solutions, optimize value and costing, and balance client outcomes.
  3. Conduct workshops with C-suite and line-of-business executives to understand client issues and investigate mitigation approaches.
  4. Create high-level architecture based on client needs and wants, orchestrating specialized domain architects for optimal solutions.
  5. Develop value proposition frameworks to highlight business value and outcomes of our offers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or technology discipline.
  • Prefer master's in business management or executive management programs in business.
  • Total experience of 15+ years, with 5+ years specializing in enterprise architecture.
  • Experience in Education and Public industries, with knowledge of best practices and business models like SCOR and Industry 4.0.
  • Expertise in solutions like ERP, SCM, PLM, MRO, CAD/CAM, MES, Cloud Analytics, Big Data, GenAI.
  • Familiarity with IT infrastructure best practices such as SDx, Cloud, DevOps, Agile, ITSM.
  • Excellent verbal communication, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and solve complex problems.
