We're seeking an administrative professional to join our team in Perth, working part-time three days a week. As a key member of our team, you'll provide exceptional patient care and administrative support in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality customer service face-to-face and over the phone as the first point of contact for patients.
  • Efficiently manage competing priorities and adapt to changing environments.
  • Book and confirm appointments and consultations, ensuring smooth clinic operations.
  • Billing and receipting at appointment time, with attention to accuracy.
  • Accurately process relevant paperwork, including data entry.
  • Maintain efficient processes by liaising with the team.
  • Manage patient records and filing of patient notes.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrate ability to provide excellent patient care and customer service.
  • Show strong organisational and communication skills, with experience liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Possess knowledge of patient billing systems and related Medicare funding mechanisms.
  • Have exceptional phone manner and ability to handle high volumes of patient inquiries.
  • Display high attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Show flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
