Construction Manager

A Construction Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of building management systems (BMS) and low-voltage electrical installations. This position is responsible for overseeing day-to-day onsite activities, coordinating with subcontractors, and maintaining strong communication with field teams, commissioning leads, and trade partners.

The ideal candidate will have prior construction experience in the mission-critical market and be ready to step into a leadership role managing subcontractors, installation quality, and field productivity. As Construction Manager, you will ensure all fieldwork is installed safely, correctly, and on schedule.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Lead day-to-day onsite execution of BMS and low-voltage electrical installations
  • Serve as the primary field contact for subcontractors
  • Walk installations regularly to identify risks and resolve issues in real time
  • Maintain strong, proactive communication with field teams, commissioning leads, and trade partners
  • Coordinate closely with project managers and engineers to ensure scope of work is understood, trackable, and delivered as expected

Requirements:

  • 10+ years total experience with at least 5+ years as a construction manager
  • Excellent field experience and understanding of associated trades
  • Strong mechanical capabilities and proficiency in Microsoft operating systems and Office tools
