Job Overview

The ideal candidate for this role will be a seasoned construction professional with expertise in electrical or controls installation. They will lead the execution of Building Management System (BMS) work on a mission-critical data center project.

As a hands-on Construction Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring all fieldwork is installed safely, correctly, and on schedule. You'll coordinate directly with subcontractors, troubleshoot field issues, walk down installations, and partner closely with our commissioning and engineering teams to drive results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead day-to-day onsite execution of BMS and low-voltage electrical installations.
  • Serve as the primary field contact for subcontractors.
  • Walk installations regularly to identify risks and resolve issues in real time.

This is a boots-on-the-ground role with real impact. We're looking for someone who is ready to step into a leadership role managing subcontractors, installation quality, and field productivity.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Our ideal candidate will possess excellent field experience, strong initiative, and the ability to build relationships with customers and contractors. They will also exhibit proficiency in Microsoft operating systems and Office tools.
