Job Opportunity

We are currently seeking a skilled professional to oversee the execution of Building Management System (BMS) work on a mission-critical data center project. The ideal candidate will have strong electrical or controls installation background and prior construction experience in the mission-critical market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead day-to-day onsite execution of BMS and low-voltage electrical installations ensuring safe, correct, and on-schedule work.
  • Serve as primary field contact for subcontractors providing clear direction, verifying installation quality, and holding teams accountable to scope and schedule.
  • Maintain proactive communication with field teams, commissioning leads, and trade partners to drive progress and avoid delays.
  • Coordinate closely with project managers and engineers to ensure scope of work is understood, trackable, and delivered as expected.
