This is a unique opportunity to join the **Miss Moneypenny's** **Broadbeach** team.

The Good Time Group, located in the heart of Broadbeach, comprises of our destination venue Miss Moneypenny's (sister venue of multi-award-winning bar and restaurant Miss Moneypenny's Noosa), Fat Freddy's sports bar and diner, our VIP Luxury Gaming Lounge and an exclusive private function and dining room for up to 80 guests, the Rimini Room.

We are seeking an experienced casual **Drinks Waiter/Sommelier**.

In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for:

- Promoting high standards of customer service
- Sharing your passion and knowledge of wine and beverages with our guests
- Contributing new ideas to, and updating, our extensive wine, spirit, beer and cocktail lists
- Assisting with stock control, pricing, and procurement
- Following our sequence of service to deliver a consistently excellent experience for our guests
- Assist the floor in general waiting duties

We value our guests and a crucial part of this role will be ensuring a welcoming, fun and memorable dining experience is had by everyone who walks into our venue.

This role will include a mix of day and night shifts.

You must be able to demonstrate the following:

- Strong waiting experience
- A passion for quality wine, beverage and food
- A good understanding of wine and spirits
- Proven ability to build a meaningful rapport with our guests
- Hold a genuine focus and appreciation for quality service

In addition, you must be well presented, energetic and thrive working in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining exceptional service standards.

**Salary**: $24.87 - $31.09 per hour
