Aviary Rooftop Bar is looking for an experienced and motivated Assistant Bar Manager to join our leadership team.
This is more than a supervisory role — we're after someone who can lead from the floor, inspire our team, and help shape the future of Aviary.
About you...As someone with previous bar supervisory/leadership experience, you will possess a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
You will have a willingness to build long-term relationships with our guests and will have impeccable grooming, presentation and communication skills.
What we are looking for...Exceptional bar and cocktail knowledge – you live and breathe cocktails, have a deep understanding of spirits, and thrive on innovating and educating others.Leadership under pressure – the ability to think on your feet, handle stressful and delicate situations with confidence, and maintain a calm, professional presence.Team motivator – proven ability to coach, mentor, and inspire bartenders to deliver excellence in every drink and every guest interaction.Operational know-how – assisting the Bar Manager with ordering, stock control, compliance, and driving bar efficiency.Guest experience focus – creating memorable, premium experiences that keep people coming back.
