Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Contracts Administrator to assist in the successful delivery of projects.

The ideal candidate will have experience working on large commercial and residential new builds, with a strong understanding of commercial and legal issues pertaining to head contracts.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Contribute to the production of project documents and plans
    • Compile accurate scopes of work for subcontracts
    • Review and approve subcontractor plans for compliance
    • Ensure agreements are in line with project and company requirements
    • Administer project management, change, and control processes
About the Role

This is an entry-level contract position that requires relevant tertiary qualifications in Building, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or similar. The ideal candidate will have solid experience working as a Contracts Administrator and possess strong negotiation and influencing skills.

A working knowledge of major building trades and experience in tender processes and trade procurement are highly desirable. Financial understanding and knowledge of construction costs are also essential.
