About The Role

We are seeking a skilled Account Manager to manage an assigned business territory and drive sales activity of all categories and product SKUs for our specialist brands. Key responsibilities will include implementing business strategies to ensure achievement of revenue and profit targets, formulating business plans which align with Key Account investment and promotional activity, driving sales activity performing both sell in and sell out functions, and creating a remarkable consumer experience.

The role will focus on dedicated AEG/Vintec and BeefEater focus in metro territories while servicing all 3 brands in regional areas. You will develop the overall store business plan, conduct individual business reviews, and execute monthly channel plans.

Key priorities will be driven through confirmed product Deals & Offers, understanding channel investment plans, and driving channel Advertising and Promotional activity. Ensure that Electrolux Consumer Promotional Programs are communicated and executed, identify Sales Opportunities, and maintain Core Range Reconciliation.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Solid sales experience in an Account Manager or Territory Sales Manager role.
  • Whitegoods/Home Appliances or Consumer Goods experience.
  • Business & Financial Acumen, Analytical Skills, Win-Win Outcomes, Market Drivers, Communication, Collaboration.

Cultivate strong relationships with customers, understanding their objectives, negotiating to close deals with best price/margin possible, and communicating effectively.
