Product Management Opportunity

As a trainee product manager, you will be responsible for supporting product initiatives that drive business growth and enhance the customer experience. You will work closely with experienced product managers and cross-functional teams to:

  • Monitor product category performance and identify opportunities for growth
  • Contribute to research and development of new product ideas
  • Support product planning, market analysis, and competitor research
  • Coordinate product samples, compliance, and testing activities
  • Manage product databases, supplier communications, and internal reporting
  • Take ownership of a sub-category and drive real outcomes under mentorship
  • Gain hands-on experience with tools like Pronto, Monday.com, and Microsoft Office
What We're Looking For

We are seeking a highly organized individual with great attention to detail who is comfortable juggling multiple tasks and deadlines.

You should have:

  • A strong communication skills and enjoy working in a team
  • Curiosity and analytical mind, eager to learn
  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, Product Design, or related field
  • Experience in retail, FMCG or manufacturing (advantageous but not essential)
  • A passion for consumer products, product development, or innovation
