The Role and Responsibilities
As a Trainee Product Manager, you'll support product initiatives that drive business growth and enhance the customer experience. You'll work with experienced Product Managers and cross-functional teams to:
Monitor product category performance and uncover growth opportunities
Assist in researching and developing new product ideas
Support product planning, market analysis, and competitor research
Coordinate product samples, compliance, and testing activities
Help manage product databases, supplier communications, and internal reporting
Take ownership of a sub-category and drive real outcomes under mentorship
Build hands-on experience with tools like Pronto, Monday.com, and Microsoft Office

You are:
A strong communicator who enjoys working in a team
Highly organised with great attention to detail
Curious, analytical, and eager to learn
Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and deadlines
Ready to grow your career in a supportive and fast-paced environment
Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, Product Design, or related field
Experience in retail, FMCG or manufacturing (advantageous but not essential)
A passion for consumer products, product development, or innovation
