Key ICT Leadership Role

The Position
We are seeking a visionary ICT leader to drive the strategic direction, daily operations and ongoing advancement of our technology environment. The successful candidate will report directly to the General Manager Operations and be responsible for delivering, securing and performing ICT infrastructure across all corporate and functional divisions.

  • Lead a high-performing ICT team and oversee major technology projects
  • Develop and implement ICT policies aligned with business goals
  • Evaluate and enhance network systems, data management and software applications
  • Staying up-to-date on emerging technologies to drive innovation

Requirements

Our ideal candidate is a results-driven technology professional with strong leadership and communication skills. They have a proven track record of managing ICT operations in complex environments and bring deep expertise in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity and project delivery.

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
  • 7-10 years of relevant experience in ICT management and leadership
  • Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and IT governance

All employees must meet the following requirements:

  • Australian citizenship
  • Eligibility to hold an Australian Government Security Clearance
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
