About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant or Assistant Manager to join our team at Future You. As a key member of our advisory team, you will be responsible for providing expert financial guidance to our clients, helping them achieve their financial goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct management accounting, board report packs, cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and succession planning for our clients
  • Manage a client portfolio alongside a manager and provide tailored client advice
  • Prepare complex tax returns and financial statements for client groups, as well as work on tax matters including GST, CGT, FBT, and Div7a
  • Work with a diverse range of clients with turnovers of up to $200 million, from industries such as agriculture, hospitality, manufacturing, engineering, retail, and primary production
  • Be the point of contact for clients and hold regular face-to-face or virtual meetings
  • Organise workflows and review work for your team
Requirements
  • CA/CPA qualified
  • Minimum 4 years Public Practice experience
  • Superb communication skills
  • Australian/NZ permanent residency essential
